Services Provided

  • Subscribers gain access to tailored monthly email consultations and sleep guidance for their child’s sleep challenges.
  • This service offers general advice and recommendations and is not a substitute for professional medical care or diagnosis.

Cancellations

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings or by contacting Sleep Corner.
  • Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle or unused portions of the service.

Safety Disclaimer

The recommendations provided through the Monthly Support Package are designed to improve sleep habits but must be implemented with care and within the safety boundaries of your child’s health.

Parents or guardians are responsible for:

  • Evaluating the suitability of any advice provided.
  • Injuries, health issues, or medical concerns arising from implementing the sleep guidance.Ensuring the recommendations align with the health, development, and specific needs of their child.
  • Sleep Corner LLC and its coaches are not liable for any:
    • Adverse outcomes caused by undisclosed medical conditions, developmental concerns, or unique family situations.
    • Families are encouraged to consult a pediatrician or medical professional for any health-related questions or conditions before applying advice from this service.

Confidentiality

  • All personal data and shared information during consultations will be handled with strict confidentiality.
  • Sleep Corner may anonymize data for educational or research purposes but will never disclose personal details.

Non-Responsive Clients (MIA Policy)

  • The success of the consultation depends on consistent communication and feedback from the client.
  • If the sleep coach does not receive a response or feedback from the client for 7 consecutive days during the support period, the consultation plan will be considered concluded, and no refunds or extensions will be granted.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to engage with the process and provide timely updates to ensure progress.

Timezone Differences and Communication

  • Sleep Corner LLC is based in Mongolia and follows Ulaanbaatar Standard Time (UTC+8).
  • Due to timezone differences, scheduling a mutually convenient time for face to face ZOOM or video/voice call consultations may require several exchanges.
  • To minimize delays and streamline the process, clients are encouraged to communicate via email, providing detailed information regarding their availability, concerns, and preferences.
  • Clients are limited to one email exchange per day. This helps ensure timely and focused responses. Please ensure that each email includes all relevant details to avoid the need for multiple back and forth email communications in a short period of time.
  • Response times will vary but will generally be within 24 hours of receiving the client’s email. Immediate responses are not guaranteed. Clients are advised to include all relevant details in each email to maximize efficiency.

Payment Processing

  • Payments are securely processed through Golomt Bank of Mongolia, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and security standards.

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing the Express or Premium Consultation Package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined here. The details of what is included in each package are available on the service page and must be reviewed thoroughly prior to purchase. Purchasing these packages constitutes agreement with these terms.

Services and Additional Consultations

The services provided in each package are limited to those explicitly listed on the service page. Any additional consultations or guidance beyond the scope of the written plan or the included support services:

  • May be provided at the sole discretion of the sleep coach.
  • If agreed upon, may incur additional charges as determined by Sleep Corner LLC.

Non-Responsive Clients (MIA Policy)

  • The success of the consultation depends on consistent communication and feedback from the client.
  • If the sleep coach does not receive a response or feedback from the client for 7 consecutive days during the support period, the consultation plan will be considered concluded, and no refunds or extensions will be granted.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to engage with the process and provide timely updates to ensure progress.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your package prior to the initial consultation. A partial refund (minus administrative and banking fees) will be issued.
  • Once the consultation begins or the sleep plan is delivered, refunds will no longer be issued.
  • Rescheduling of consultations is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice before the first point of consultation.
